David R. Haws was born and raised in Utah, the oldest of four brothers and one sister — shaped by the values of hard work, faith, and community. After serving a LDS mission, he returned home with a servant's heart and a drive to make a difference in people's lives.
He discovered real estate in his early 20s and never looked back. Over 19+ years, he has helped hundreds of Utah families buy and sell homes — from first-time buyers nervously signing their first contract to seasoned investors expanding their portfolios. His approach is simple: treat every client like family, and bring the same diagnostic precision to real estate that a doctor brings to medicine.
Based at Coldwell Banker Sugar House, David serves Farmington, Sugar House, Davis County, Salt Lake City, Bountiful, Kaysville, and all of Northern Utah. He has closed over $200 million in sales — not by chasing numbers, but by genuinely caring about outcomes.
